Use of Go Correct is subject to the following terms of use.

By using the service, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our service.

The term 'Big Languages' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the Go Correct service. The term 'you' refers to the user of the service.

When you make a payment, you are paying for one month only. It is not a recurring payment. At the end of each month you can decide if you want to pay for another month.

Messages containing offensive language or discussion of offensive subject matter will not be corrected. If a student continues to send messages of this nature, they will be blocked from using Go Correct and will not receive a refund.

Our service to you
If you are a paying customer, your teacher will correct up to 60 words of English per day.
Your teacher will correct your message within 24 hours of receiving it (48 hours on weekends). 
You have 48 hours to reply to each question.

Some grammar explanations include links to other websites or embedded YouTube videos. Big Languages is not responsible for the content of these external websites and videos and not connected to any advertising that features on them.

The Go Correct website contains material which is owned by Big Languages. This material includes, but is not limited to, the written content, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited.
